All the condos have public water and sewer service. In previous years, the condos sold anywhere between $226,000 to $270,000. The condos can rent from $1,500 to $2,200 a month or slightly higher in recent months. Three Pond, is also located in one of the best school districts in South Jersey, Eastern High School.
