With decades of experience in the world of residential interior design, Joanne Taormina now brings her passion and expertise to the world of real estate. Her deep understanding of what makes a house a home allows her to connect with clients on a meaningful level—she truly speaks the language of “home.”
A proud alumna of Largo High School in Maryland (Class of 1974), Joanne later attended classes at the Philadelphia College of Art and Camden County College, focusing on Interior Design and Color Theory. Her background in design aligns seamlessly with her role as a real estate professional, providing her with a unique perspective to help clients see the true potential in every property.
In 2024–2025, Joanne earned her New Jersey Real Estate License and is currently furthering her expertise with certifications in:

- SRES – Senior Real Estate Specialist
Outside of her professional life, Joanne is passionate about the arts—whether it’s music, theater, or visiting galleries. She finds joy in gardening, treating it as a creative puzzle of color and arrangement. She also loves nature, from the mountains to the shore, and cherishes time spent with friends and good company. Above all, she finds true happiness in simply being at home.
As part of our team, Joanne is committed to helping you discover the comfort, pride, and potential in your next home—because she believes there’s truly no place like it.
